Before purchasing from our online store, customers should understand the chocolate topping on our toffee is a temperamental substance susceptible to melting at temperatures above 80º F. In warm weather we will ship our toffee with cold-packs with insulated packaging to minimize the risk of melting, but there are some factors that you should consider before making your purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Andrews Toffee offers only 1 and (2-3)-day shipping in the U.S. via USPS. Shipments are processed and shipped Monday – Wednesday.
If inside delivery is not available at the ship-to destination, your delivery will be left on your doorstep. Please consider this when shipping to locations where temperatures exceed 80º F.
Due to the risk of a package being left out unintentionally over the weekend, Andrews Toffee ships only Monday through Wednesday. If you place your order on a Wednesday (unless next day delivery is requested) through Sunday, it will be held until the following Monday for shipping. Please schedule your order accordingly.
It may take up to three business days to process your order. If you need to receive an order on a specific date, please tell us in the comment field on the checkout page, or contact us in advance by phone or email. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Andrews Toffee is not responsible for incorrect addresses, shipping delays due to weather, nor shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.
